There’s no speed requirement! Everyone is here to have a good time, whether you walk, jog, or run at your own pace.

It is completely free to join!

However, you’ll need to register before your first parkrun and never again afterward.
Don’t forget to bring your scannable barcode. Without your barcode, your time won’t be recorded.
